M&E Installations

We design and install mechanical and electrical systems tailored to the demands of commercial and industrial buildings. Our scope covers electrical distribution, lighting, HVAC, ventilation, mechanical pipework, small power, and control systems.

All installations are delivered in line with current building regulations and British Standards, with full commissioning records and handover documentation provided as standard.

Commercial Office Fit-Outs

We provide complete M&E packages for CAT A and CAT B office fit-outs, tenant refurbishments, and internal reconfigurations. Working alongside designers, main contractors, and client teams, we coordinate lighting, power distribution, HVAC, and ventilation to fit your programme and budget — properly integrated and operational from day one.

Plant Room Upgrades & Infrastructure Improvements

Ageing infrastructure needs to be addressed before it becomes a liability. We carry out plant room refurbishments, distribution board replacements, LED lighting upgrades, and energy-efficiency improvements — each project carefully scoped to minimise downtime and deliver lasting results.
