As Managing Director, I take responsibility for the correct stewardship and direction of the company working with the other members Board to set the future strategy for the business and provide the resources to ensure the delivery of our services to the highest professional standard, compliant with technical and statutory regulations.
I take pride in providing an environment where individuals can broaden their horizons, engage with the client teams, suppliers and our team members to meet and exceed their personal aspirations and to aspire to developing their skills to take the next steps to senior management, statutory roles and equity participation.
As a qualified engineer, I also enjoy the challenges posed by technical systems not always operating as they should, I like a technical challenge and revel in problem solving, design development, sustainable solutions and energy efficiency
Wendy Donovan, Group Finance Director
Wendy holds full statutory and financial control of the group, providing strategic and financial leadership to ensure all organisational commitments are met. She develops and implements the policies and procedures necessary to maintain strong financial management, robust governance, and effective control across the group’s operations.
Tom Lyons, Operations Director
As Operations Director, Tom oversees the delivery of maintenance and small works, ensuring all services are carried out safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulations and client requirements. He is responsible for maintaining consistent service standards, appropriate resourcing, and full operational coverage across all contracts. Acting as the key link between clients and the business, Tom ensures clear communication, strong relationships, and a proactive approach to resolving issues, helping to drive performance, continuous improvement, and high levels of client satisfaction.
